November 2018

Saturday 3rd November 201810:00amPrayer Training Day with Ffald y Brenin
Prayer Training Day Seeking to see God's Kingdom Breaking Through Houses of Prayer training days are an opportunity to learn, in a practical way, about this prayer initiative flowing out from the move of God at Ffald y Brenin. Ffald y Brenin itself is a beautiful award-winning Christian Retreat Centre in the hills of North Pembrokeshire, Southwest Wales. It is situated near to Blaenannerch Chapel where Welsh pastor Evan Roberts encountered the Holy Spirit so powerfully in 1904. The team at Ffald y Brenin speak all over the country and encourage Local Houses of Prayer, which are prayer-based missional ways of seeking to see God's Kingdom breakthrough in specific local areas. It would be wonderful to learn together at this interactive event as we seek to see God's Kingdom more tangibly manifest throughout the New Forest area and beyond. All are welcome Date & Time: Saturday 3rd November 2018 ~ 10.30-3pm Venue: Ashley Baptist Church 3 Lower Ashley Rd New Milton Hampshire BH25 5AA

Thursday 15th November 201810:00amGodly Living in Today's World
After the successful meeting earlier in the year with the EA's David Landrum we were asked by many pastors if we could organise a follow up meeting. David spoke passionately about today's changing society, sexual ethics, current and upcoming public policy issues and our Christian responses to them. We have invited Jeanette Howard and Sean Doherty to come and speak to us to address the subject of Godly Living in Today's World from a pastor viewpoint. They are both have much experience in this area and often work together as part of the Living Out organisation. 'Living Out' works in partnership with local churches and complement the work of organisations like the True Freedom Trust who offer biblical support and encouragement to Christians who experience same-sex attraction. This one day conference, which includes lunch, will help prepare you for pastoral ministry in this area. We encourage church leaders to bring their counselling and pastoral teams with them. Venue: Ashley Baptist Church 3 Lower Ashley Rd New Milton BH25 5AA
